Thanks for everything :)
any way of validating CSS that contains transparency settings?
i have mobile me… i think its great! keeps my contacts, email, ical etc all in sync between my laptop and desktop, also with my iphone.
i didnt get MobileMe until i got a macbook, because i just used to sync my iphone with the imac and everything was fine, now because i have the laptop it gets more complicated, but i think mobile me solved that problem.
another boost from it is the 10GB idisk.. i use this for keeping files likes my photoshop presets, design resources, templates etc.
means when im at uni and dont have my laptop i can still get access to my files via me.com
basicly… you;ll benefit from mobile me best if you are a mac user with more than one computer (e.g imac, macbook) , and even more so if you have an iPhone.
its still a great service for windows users, but it has its downsides.
It wouldnt be a problem if i was updating it, but my client would like to add photos of events, etc.
Unfotunatly he has no knowage of html.
ill look into the methods you have suggested.

That code snippet you gave me solved my problem for IE but then i lose my bottom rounded corner in FF and Safari?
any way i could get it back without messing IE up again?
The flash navigation is great, brilliant idea, like you said yourself i would get some bubbles or fish involved.
i have to agree with mike, very professional :D
theres a thing called sIFR 3 which allows you to use a font of your choice, it involves using flash, there is a video about it here http://css-tricks.com/video-screencasts/39-how-to-use-sifr-3/
Other option is to use an image, makes things more complicated for adding links though.
The grey line appears in FF3, IE7, IE6, Opera, Safari (windows),
think it might be your images
I think you need to get some background images/color involved, there is too much white space, it would help separate things a bit, maybe a background for your navigation other than white, then another for your sidebar, i would stick to lighter and paler colors though.November 29, 2008 at 8:46 pm in reply to: RESOLVED – Happy with the design and layout, not the errors! #51608
There is no scroll bar for you site with Firefox 3, Safari 3 (Windows) and Opera but there is in IE7???
