Well I love that ribbon menu which they have created for the steam theme but can’t really figure out how to create it, it seems really complicated to me (I just started to learn css )
What makes it much more complicated is the nightmare of different css files they use (dont get me wrong might be correct but confuses a lot)

So my question would be can someone show me how to create that menu (if that is not too much work or complicated at all ) I don’t need the jquery part just the pure css where I could learn from how to create something like that… I know I should better learn the basics but for me it works often better if I have a specific problem and then look at an example as a starting point…

Hope you don’t mind if I asked another question for this menu is it possible to create it and make it work in for a responsive layout? So that e.g. if you resize the browser it will stretch or shrink correctly?

Here is a live example for those don’t have seen it Steam

    Thank you very much!
