    I have heard that term many tyms but idk what it actually means, It completely annoys me when chris repeatedly says scratch scratch… :/

    While krysak4ever is a little more forceful than perhaps I would be with an someone who does not, apparently, have English as their first language, he’s (she’s) not wrong.

    I’m not entirely sure what your reference means I think you are referring to ‘starting from scratch’. If so, then the third suggestion from his first link is the meaning you are after. It means starting from nothing and working up from there.
