I have a CSS code that tries to combine row1, row2 into one row in mobile screen. They have reduced the wrapper height of the row2 to 1px and kept the row2 height as 36px. The result is overlapping row2 and row1.
Search spiders are more interested in semantic markup, and the contents of the HTML in the web page, than how they are styled with CSS. We can’t see the HTML clearly though so can’t comment further. Best to provide an actual demo of you want anyone to comment on that.
