WPBakery Page builder/visual composer 3 box layout

Hi I need assistance in understanding how the “header” layout in the wireframe below can be achieved using WPBakery Page builder/visual composer. Basically I need a row with the right column in full height and the left column with 2 nested rows one below the other. Additionally and optional is to have a logo position right in the spot as can be seen in the basic wireframe. Please advise if this can be achieved using WPBakery Page builder/visual composer and how. I am open to using HTML code too but the layout needs to be part of a page built with WPBakery Page builder/visual composer 3 box layout.
