WP Featured Content Slider NOT pulling image

I’ve installed a wordpress theme and it uses the WP Featured Content Slider plugin. I cannot seem to get the actual image to display in the slider. I am only getting the Alt Text from..

I have found this code within the templates "featured.php"

Comparing my site and the template site, It seems as if my image url should go here:

Im not sure why my image path is not getting generated. If I use firebug to delete the generated path and type in only my image path, the image loads. I just don’t know what to do about it not generating on its own.

Should I be using any custom fields within my post?
I am only using the "Thumbnail" custom field in my post as it states in the WP Featured Content Slider plugin faq.
