WordPress won’t change site address

Hello all!

How is everyone?

I’m having issues with wordpress at the moment, I’m trying to change the site address which is currently like this:

http://domainname.com/clients/folderwithwpinstall

To this:

http://clientsdomainname.com

However, it seems everytime I go to General and update the new site address, WP seems to change it back to the old one, even though the domain name is set up and pointing to the correct folder etc, I’ve done this a few times now and never had a problem like this before.

Anyone have any ideas?

You happen to have an SEO plugin installed? Some of them can mess with stuff like that.

Nope, no SEO plugins or anything, it’s really quite frustrating now, everytime I save it with the new address it somehow reverts back.

Plugins installed are:

Contact Form 7
Custom Post Type UI
FancyBox
Multiple Post Thumbnails
