Hey everyone!
So i need some help on my wordpress site. I am trying to combine some static content along with my posts on my homepage. For now the “static content (the pink area with text: hej)” is positioned inside of the post-content. But i want it above the posts divs, outside the loop. How can i accomplish that? Thanks :-)

From what I can see, the ping “Hej” is not in the loop, or the post-content DIV at all….?
yeah thats true, allthough it’s still in the content, if you get what i mean? still in the white area. why ? :-)
is it the
I put the div inside of my footer.php instead and used
if (is_home())
echo ‘
‘;
?>
This way the content is shown the way i want and only on my homepage
Sure, that would work.
You can read about Template hierarchy http://codex.wordpress.org/Template_Hierarchy then create `front-page.php` template and add anything that needs to appear on home page in that file.
