hi guys,
i had my websit set up so that it displays one page on the homepage, and it was all good. then i changed the layout a bit, and now when you click on most pages, instead of going to the correct page it keeps showing a different one.
for example if you bio or champions league from the navigation bar, it goes to a page with a post from ages ago asking if you got fifa for christmas, which is really strange.
please can someone help me with this?
the code for the page.php is…
/**
* The template for displaying all pages.
*
* This is the template that displays all pages by default.
* Please note that this is the WordPress construct of pages
* and that other 'pages' on your WordPress site will use a
* different template.
*
* @package WordPress
* @subpackage Twenty_Ten
* @since Twenty Ten 1.0
*/
get_header(); ?>
>
'' . __( 'Pages:', 'twentyten' ), 'after' => '' ) ); ?>
', '' ); ?>
← Older posts', 'twentyten' ) ); ?>
→', 'twentyten' ) ); ?>
oh yeah maybe it would help to actually link up you to my site duh! – FIFA News
any help would be really appreciated! :)
anyone?
Are you sure that’s the right code you wanted to share? I don’t see anything there that would change the loop from normal. Maybe it’s getting modified by something you did to the functions.php file?
@silverlulu – This isn’t correct as you’re closing out your loop basically before it actually begins.
