    Does anyone know a good free Wordppress form that I can apply a custom style with css?

    With any form plugin you can add custom styles really, you just have to put them in styles.css or whichever other CSS file you use to style your site.

    Having said that, go with one of the most popular form plugins: Gravity Forms, Contact Form 7, Formidable, etc.
