    I don’t need more details. All you want to do is easily achievable through HTML and CSS. Theme that you have already picked can be modified as you require. Just make sure you have the latest version of theme and the latest version of WordPress. And by the way, you can use one theme on as much projects as you want, the only important thing is that theme is free, or you have buy your licence. :)

    any idea how can this be executed via plugin any plug on the domain name can create a seperate style sheet

    You can use SiteOrigin CSS, this is great free plugin for custom CSS. https://wordpress.org/plugins/so-css/
