I’m not quite sure what you are asking, but I am quite sure you will not need a plugin to customise the WP menu. There are ways to do this, but you will need to be more specific about what exactly it is that you want to see changed. So you “know HTML and CSS” but don’t know how to fix a navigation menu with CSS? As if some sort of plugin can fix this specific use case for you; I just think that’s odd. Maybe it’s time to rethink this whole thing and your approach and or attitude towards webdesign in general.

what will change is the logo style may be theme color its only documents

I think that what you want to achieve is to move your nav menu from top, place it on the left side and eventually change color, logo, etc. (Sorry, but your English is hardly understandable). For these things, it is absurde to look for plugin. Moving your menu from top to left is peace of cake if you know basics of HTML and CSS. For changing a color of menu, or changing logo, you can use built-in Customizr and change that in matter of seconds.

i need a theme for a documentation site it should be full customized the color for changing the menu position like if i need a left navigation or right etc and a search-bar

Now here is the wired part where it get more tricky

i have 3 domains documents which is similar

below wat will change is
1) color
2) logo
3) images
4) footer
5) theme can be same or different

can this be achieved with single wordpress installation is this possible via plugin can you recommend me some for the above theme or is there any theme better which can hold documents along with single wordpress installation
