I am trying to make a customized PHP page using the exact same code as the main index and using the same get_template_part() methodology to call that page but where the CSS works perfectly in the index page and at first it looks fine in the customized version as well, on hovering over the thumbnails of the main showcase shifts down and back up when hover is removed. Any ideas what could be causing this?
