WordPress click counters

Hey all,

I’m trying to build a counter for a wordpress site. Essentially what I’m looking for is something to track the number of clicks that a certain link receives, and have that number displayed to the left of that link. I have found several really neat wp plugins that track hits, like wp-click-tracker, counterize ii, and a couple others. They all do a great job of tracking the clicks on the back end, but I don’t know how to get them to do what I want. Also can’t get any attention from their authors.
