Word Press Gravity Forms tooltips

I need to add tool tips to the Gravity forms plugin in WordPress. I tried to follow a tutorial the Gravity forms has on their website with no success. This is beyond up WordPress ability. I would be happy to pay for your time to help me get this installed and working. If you know how to do this please reply.
