I was given the green light to find a CMS that will meet my needs for the redesign I finally got approved.

My problem is I don’t know which one will allow me to do what I want to accomplish:

    1. Create sub-menus for each page and have it displayed in a specific div not on the side of the page
    2. Assign themes to specific pages
    3. Allows me to give users access to specific areas of the site with limited control
    4. Allows complete control of layout and look without requiring me to place elements on specific places

Basically, I need a CMS that will allow me to create pages that look like this (note the address are for testing)

    Main:
    http://www.chattahoocheetech.edu/sandbox/newctc/index.html?page=home&theme=studentdesk

    Content:
    http://www.chattahoocheetech.edu/sandbox/newctc/index.html?page=content&theme=studentdesk

I’ve looked at wordpress, joomla, and dupral. All the pages people create using these either seems too "blog like" or it’s very plain with no dynamics.

    Any suggestions? Thanks.
