I am confused. When do we use the code for a symbol and when do we use the symbol?
As an example, the question mark is typed directly from the keyboard where as the ampersand we use & a m p ; (had to insert spaces to get it to appear on the question)
Every letter and symbol has a code. Is there a list of symbols for HTML5 where we are to use the symbol rather than type the symbol directly from the keyboard?
