When resizing window, inside div’s & footer do not move.

When I drag my window, the div’s inside the main container do not move with the page, this also happens with the footer. Obviously I am new to this, but if someone would help I would very much appreciate it. Here is the jsFiddle..

@ Hompimpa …. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, I worked for 2 weeks trying to accomplished what you did. Most importantly, I believe I understand how the code you added fixed my code. However I’m not sure what you mean by a (a element with red color) also, I tried (unsuccessfully) to push the “Navbar” back to the top and move the birds outside the header ? I Thank you once again for you help !!

@ Hompimpa, I continue to have problems with websites moving (not the one you helped with) Do you know of any good articles that explain how to prevent this ?
