    Then perhaps you need to narrow down your requirements.

    Is cost a factor?
    Why can’t you use PPT?
    Do you need to import elements from other packages?

    You could also use an ordinary jQuery slideshow. In fact, I think there is one specifically made for this. Can’t recall the name of it, unfortunately.
