Unfortunately it will struggle to run Photoshop CS4 all that well on that system. I assume it doesn’t have a dedicated graphics card? Dreamweaver won’t be an issue but once you start getting into Photoshop it will really bog the system down.

Here are the required specifications for Photoshop CS3: http://www.ehow.com/list_6011008_adobe-photoshop-cs3-requirements.html

CS3 Should be ok. Still not ideal, but it should run.

Just curious but how much did you pay for the G4? Mac Mini’s are really inexpensive if you’re cool with hooking it up to a TV.

Extremely cheap. I’d be surprised if you found a PC for that amount. Mac Mini’s run atleast $600 new.

Depending on where you live, you can get a much better older Mac laptop. For example, in Canada you could probably get a MacBook 13 inch Intel Core 2 Duo 2.00 GHz for around $300, which would be significantly faster than the one you are looking at.
