I’ve been having the biggest problem whether to choose to make a website I’m working on, static or completely dynamic. I have an administrator that wants to have a CMS like system on the site but I’m not sure if I should make all data dynamic on a SQL database or just have a feedback app on the site to allow me to know what he wants changed. I’m afraid that if the database fails then we would lose all the data, is there a way to allow the site to become saved with coding and all, like a backup after editing dynamic content and what program could I use?

WordPress is a CMS that has options for backing up the database. There are many other options out there as well. It’s really up to you as to which one suits your needs best.
