I might be tempting fate and starting a nasty flamewar, but here goes…
I want honest opinions about coding bootcamps. Have you been to one? Interviewed, worked with, or hired someone who attended one?
NOTE: Please offer first-hand experience, only. I’m not looking for reactionism and off-hand remarks, I want the real deal.
Do you think they’re great, or do they suck? Would you go/hire someone who went? Why or why not?
I’m thinking about going to one (if I can get in) and want to know what students and professional developers have to say about this avenue of training.
