    Hello!

    I came across this web site: http://tommimakinenracing.fi/
    What I am working on now for three days is, to achieve the same effect of the background image on top like this one here. But without success.
    Can you please help me? I am going out of my mind…

    I want to make my div#user4 transparent. But I just cant do it. For now i edited my picture in Photoshop, so that it looks something like the one on the tommimakinen site. But all the time there is white background. I also use module Flexheader3.

    To use a transparent image with a gradient like that, you need to save it as a png-24.

    Other than that, I really don’t know what you’re asking. I also have no idea what the reference to div#user4 and Flexheader3 is.

    I am really sorry. I am new at this. The module Flexheader allows me to set different images for each menu item. This module uses position of user4. So I thought that if I set div#user4 to transparent background, the image would look like i want it. But now it has white background. I have saved it as a png, but nothing happend.

    I am working on localhost. Is there something that I could send to you?

    Well if it was .jpg before it will have the background color that you set it as. If it was white, you will have to erase the background.

    yeah, like TheDoc said, the best bet is PNG-24 or you could use a css class

    opacity: .5;

    I tried absolutly everything that I came accross with. But nothing happens.
    When I wrote this to div#user4 in my html

    my div#user3 became transparent.
    So now I really dont know what to do anymore. Its like runing in circles :(

    I have solved the problem. Forgot to set png picture for transparent background. What a stupid mistake :( I would like to thank to all of you who helped me. You are the best!
    Best regards from Slovenia!
