    3. Forgot about it. Changed.
    4. I’ve tried, and there are more work to do, for example, navigation. Also I’ve noticed strange behavior in IE on Windows Phone: horizontal is better, vertical- something crashes the size of a scree.

    Sneff – The ranking is just based off how good you are at certain things. Whomever said it was numerical? Why can’t it just be based off how well you think you know certain markup/languages?

    I agree with @Senff across the board. Rather than ranking your skills, just list what you are good at, or what you offer. That way you are only presenting your strengths, not your weaknesses. Also, I wouldn’t be touching the scrolling at all. Let the browser handle that. Any non-standard scrolling behaviour is very frustrating for the user.
