    When I visit my site (http://hollandalekane.co.uk/) it shows up.

    But when I use the www. (http://www.hollandalekane.co.uk/), it doesn’t and gives me a bad request error.

    Does anyone know why this doesn’t work?

    Hi – You have a DNS issue. If you control your own DNS records, you will need a black DNS / catchall DNS A record pointed to your site. If you do not control your DNS, you will need to contact whomever does.
