Website images ?

Just wondering if I had a picture of say a pair of football boots(soccer) on my website/blog (a picture I have taken myself), then would I have to edit the picture in Photoshop to take out the logo or the brand name on the picture?

For example the Nike tick…..would I have to take that out ? or could I leave it ?

I dont know if this is a silly question or not but as I said…..just wondering ? :D

As long as you are not using the picture to sell something else then it’s not a problem.

This is what we call "Incidental Use". You didn’t mean to get those in the picture, therefore it is cleared under "Fair Use", even for commercial products because it is transforming the original meaning of the logos into something that stands for another use, not to use those brands in an attempt to sell another brand. Hopefully you understand my mumblings ;)
