I thought pseudos didn’t trigger any click events, so why would using pointer-events: none on .select-holder:after in this example have an effect at all?
It does seem to do the trick in activating the select menu (by clicking the arrow which is blocking otherwise).
I must be missing something here…
Edit – an :active state thing? You can’t open the menu but you can close it by clicking the arrow. Think I need to google some.
