    I’m a PHP developer and have my windows system set up with wamp and all is good.

    I have a desire now to learn ASP.NET and want to go through the ASP.NET tutorials on nettuts but I’m worried that installing Microsoft Visual Studio Express might "mess up" my wamp environment. The microsoft doc says "The setup for Visual Web Developer 2010 Express requires WebPI to be installed."

    Has anyone tried to set up a system with both wamp and .net? Will they work together? I just hate to hose my system right now since I still need PHP and don’t want to have to figure out how to get it working in an IIS environment.
