User Specific Content for WordPress

I have a question. Client of mine wants to have a site where people can register. Upon registration they would have access to certain things that no one else has. So what I need is, is there any plugin that creates page for every user after registration, and that page has some default content, but after I can add items that I want (actually my client wants).
P. S. I don’t want to make one page that every user will be redirected to after registration, and after I make page for him, I redirect him from that default page to his, newely made, page. Thank you in advance.

Yes there is. I think Chris did a video about this years ago. I think it might have been when he covered the re-design of this site when he set up the Lodge.
