I don’t know much about ajax. I just need to know if what I am doing has any negative impact on SEO?

I created the website without JavaScript and all the links work. So without JS all the links would be similar to:

    http://myblog.com/aboutpage

Then I add JS to modify the links and they end up having a hash:

    http://myblog.com/#/aboutpage

Whilst using JS, both various of the address work. The one with hash, uses ajax and the one withought hash just works. Basically even if you disable JS, the site works. Also the back button works!

    Is this method SEO friendly?

Also, I heard that the more people share your URLs, the better for SEO. If people do share, they would be sharing the hashed URL – does this had a bad effect on search search engine crawler.

    Thanks
