Update the css for Google Custom Search

Hi, I’m trying to update the css for my Google Custom Search results and for some reason I can’t seem to override the default settings.

Can anyone help with how to do this at all? I’m particularly trying to change appearance of the promotions box.

I believe it can be done but we need to see your site first. Can you provide a link?

I am pretty sure you hava an option when you create the custom search there is a “minimal option”. Then you can target the form. here is an example of a project I work on that uses custom google search that has been styled.
