Trying to jerry rig my own accordion menu for wordpress

I’m trying to make a slider that pulls Featured Images from posts and I will likely be more than halfway there if I can get this to work:

can’t be wrapped in an

tag, apparently. Blargh.

I know there are other Accordion plugins that work, but I already tried messing around with one for a while and the one I tried conflicts with the image tagger plugin I need to use (like Flickr).

Alternatively, if anyone knows of two plugins that don’t conflict, I’d love to know about them. I need a horizontal accordion menu that pulls images from posts and an image tagger that allows you to tag images like Flickr does.
