Troubleshooting Nameservers

  • # May 7, 2013 at 12:35 am

My domain registrar is not allowing me to set the nameserver for my .ca domain names because “The nameserver you chose may not be a valid nameserver.” However, I am using the same nameserver for my .coms and it works fine. I can set my .cas to other nameservers that I know work, just not this one. So how can I determine where the issue is. Is there a problem with the nameserver, or is the issue with the registrar? I did a DNS report work one of the working .coms and everything looks okay…
