[Solved] trouble with making css menu drop down with sub menu

Taking a template and modifying it to meet my needs. The css menu did not include sub menu that drop down when bringing the mouse over the main menu options. Let me know, what css I need to include. Also, like to increase the height of the header and tried some setting change it. The site is

I would like to know what I did wrong and willing to learn more css to help other people.
