    Just wanted to report that the last few days I’ve been having real trouble getting a connection. The site seems up when I check online but I’m either getting a timeout, TCP reset (showing SiteLock) or a 502 page. Can take quite a long time before the site can be reached again.

    We’re on the case. Just classic problems with the server falling over for complicated reasons.

    Just giving it a whack often helps too (worked for The Fonz). :-)
