I have a pretty simple but elegant looking website for a client: http://www.reflectionsinteriordesign.com/reflections.html
It has a wrapper within a wrapper and then I used a .svg w/ a .gif fallback in order to achieve a layered composition and the background have her 4 color border effect that is distributed around her content.

I have driven myself mad trying to figure out how to achieve this within a theme I’m currently using a good deal of, the Avada theme by ThemeFusion. I’ve sought paid help to help get this but nothing so far. Essentially, if I could wrap .header-wrapper & #main in a div I think I could get it, but I don’t see anything in the page files indicating the #main div.
This seems like a reasonable challenge, but I’ve not been able to get it. Anyone that can help please let me know.
