transform to a video gallery

HI i’m new here,
I try to transform a well working foto-gallery into a video-gallery – but it won’t work.

I tried to change the pictures to videos, so that the videos are always on the same (only one) place and it is switched between the videos.
I tried to change the “showPic” into “showVideo” but this doesn’t work. It’s only possible to see the first video by loading the page, but klicking the links will not do anything. Does anybody know where my mistake is?

CORRECTION: The question is a new one: How to link to different videoformats at the same time using a normal link? I think this is my problem on this project.
