Total NEWB – I need code for Scroll-on-Hover Menu

I found several Menu’s that have parts of what I want, but not all together. Can someone please help a girl out? The menu I want is the http://www.AvatarMovie.com (after selecting Enter Site), bottom scrolling menu with images that scroll when hovered AND whichever one has focus, moves up.
Here are 2 that I’ve found which have parts I want, but not the whole thing:

If anyone can help (or direct me to the source), I’d appreciate it and I would pay to get what I want.

Just took a peek at this hover menu feature, and it’s pretty comprehensive. You will note that the Avatar menu was done in Adobe Flash… to replicate this same functionality will require alot of time and effort. Was unable to find anything on short notice that would be JavaScript based… Good luck.
