Anyone out there use a ticketing system for customer support and project tracking? I could use a good recommendation. I don’t need anything too over the top but I’d like to be able to create tickets for service items and projects and then assign those tickets to various members on my team for action. We’ve kinda been using Evernote for this but I think we’ve out grown it.
One of my clients uses Autotask but I think that is probably overkill for what I need…and probably pretty expensive. I’m sure there must be a reasonable solution out there…any thoughts?
