Example runs on localhost?
In my work I appear not only 4 pictures round without effect
But it appears I mouse hover
The site is in wordpress
I changed another picture on localhost but not working

You should be aware that Codepen has many ‘automatic’ features that you may not have implemented locally such as resets, vendor-prefixing, SASS/SCSS/LESS, JQuery and the like.

Now works on localhost but does not work in Internet Explorer
There is a possibility to work in Internet Explorer or not working
