these dang buttons look fine when i made them in dream weaver, but not in a real browser

i know the buttons arnt where they are supposed to be yet but what im trying to fix is, for some reason
a 7th button is popping up (empty) and making them all messed up theres supposed to be 6 buttons to per column three down.. can anyone tell me what im doing wrong?
