Text Over Image then hover

Hello I’m looking for this feature in CSS.

When hover to the image the image title slide up and appear the caption with Read more… to click.

Very similar to this website

http://www.cornell.edu/

On the middle of the page grid when hover the picture it turn the opacity to 1 and slide up to appear the caption.
