CSS3 text-emphasis became Candidate Recommendation on 1st August. It’s really useful for East Asian documents. They use small symbols next to each glyph to emphasize a run of text. But currently it only work on webkit with prefix. So I wrote a jQuery plugin named jQuery.emphasis.js as a fallback. Here is a demo on codepen.
