Hey guys,
I’m having problems with my main menu linking to tabbed content on pages.
You can view my website here
I’m using WordPress + JQuery UI for the tabbed content.
Here’s an example of how my menu is coded:
- /about-us">About Us
Tabbed content:
So, the first issue: In Firefox if you are on the homepage and go About Us > SPA Staff it takes you to the proper page and tab, but it places you at the bottom of the page. It does not to do this in Chrome, it works properly. This also happens with IE.
The second issue. When you are on the a specific page (About Us for example) and use the menu to navigation to tabbed content on that specific page it simply doesn’t work. For example, if you are on the About Us page and go About Us > Board Of Directors, nothing happens.
Please help!
Anyone? Really struggling here.
http://jqueryui.com/demos/tabs/#method-select
This will tell u how to use the .tables(“select”, index); method to select a tab VIA JavaScript call.
Thanks for the link.
I feel stupid but i can’t seem to get it to work. I really don’t understand what method i should be trying to use.
Do you have any working examples?
