I’m using an SVG from a sprite that Gulp has generated for me.

Do you know why the container svg with a class of logo-wrap–logo is square? i.e. why is it not just the height of the svg path its self?
Might be super simple but its late and my brain hurts, any help will be massively appreciated.
The SVG has a viewbox of 100 by 100 ….you would need to adjust that.
You would need to use the same viewbox as the original SVG which, I assume, has the correct size.
