I had this idea that would be cool. In the admin bar of my clients websites they could submit a support ticket by clicking a link that goes directly to me. Before I do some custom functionality for it, does anybody know of some sort of plugin/system that already does this?
I know I could just link them to the support engine on my site. But I’m wondering if there is a way (depending on which site they submit it from) that it shows up on my dashboard with all tickets separated by site.
