This is a bit hard to explain but basically, the footer on one of my websites is blinking a slightly different tone when I move my mouse away from the element.
I have inspected all my code and there doesn’t seem to be any broken code. It’s as if there is a focus or hover state on the element yet it also happens kind of arbitrarily and mostly in Safari.
Any idea what this is and how to prevent it?
Can’t tell without seeing it in action.
A Codepen demo replicating the issue would be idea or a live site link for second option.
Frankly, as I’m on W7 I can test above Safari 5
