I’m rather new at CSS and HTML in general, so I apologize if this is in the wrong forum, but I figured I should start here.
I’m designing a website for a project, and I want to create a header and footer on each page that has the same text within it on each one. I was wondering if it is possible to place the actual text for both of these within the CSS document so I can simply place it on each page instead of having to type it out. Again, apologies if this is actually an HTML or some other question, but I wanted to start here first.
    Thanks in advance.

    No. PLEASE DON’T

    CSS is styling not content.

If you have repeated content you probably need to look into server-side scripting (ASP/PHP etc) or accept that you;ll have to copy content from one page to another when updating your header or footer.
