Sprites over Background Images not lining up

  • # June 26, 2008 at 7:16 pm

I am having an issue currently with my sprites over a background image. They look perfect in Firefox and Safari, but they are several pixels off in IE 6 & 7. I can change a couple things and they are fine in IE, but then several pixels off in Firefox and Safari. I am wondering if there is just a bug in IE that doesn’t let sprites fall properly over a background image? Also, I can change a couple little things in the css style sheet to make the page look fine in IE, but it is then thrown off in other browsers. Can someone show look at my code and see perhaps what I am doing wrong, or tell me how to have the code go to two separate style sheets depending on the browsers.
    This is the page:

This is perilously close to a double post ;)
