Specific layout with inner DIV and footer

Hi :),

I try paint my imagine here: http://postimg.org/image/za5wdk0kb/.

I would like:
-> beige DIV height is 100px
-> beige DIV height + green DIV height is 100% of browser height
-> green DIV has this settings: { overflow-x:scroll; overflow-y:scroll }
-> white DIV height and width is about: 1200px

What have you tried so far?

We have no problem with help you out with specific issues but we do expect you to try to attempt something yourself rather than just dumping a rather vague request on this community.

But this is not what I want :(.

Why the greenDIV is not scrollable? And the mainBox height is not 100 % of browser page’s height.
